While at reception side R, the pulse signal undergoes the binary differential conversion after demodulation and is then supplied to switch circuits 35 and 36 which are controlled by frame synchronous circuits 43 and 46. With the output of circuits 35 and 36, the identifying frame pulse inserted at the transmission side is deleted through frame pulse isolation circuits 41 and 42.
