PURPOSE:To simplify the collection and measurement of a sample by composing a sample bottle of an upper part with a sample-collecting-tube fitting seat, a middle part provided with a scale, and a bottom part with a float valve while three parts are connected detachably. CONSTITUTION:Sample collecting tube 17 matching with a sample collection position is fitted and vacuum pump 1 is driven to evacuate receiver tank 5 for producing a fixed vacuum. Next, regulator valve 12 is opened, sample bottole 20 is evacuated and sample collection stop valve 15 is opened, so that a sample from inlet tube 18 by way of sample collecting tube 17 will stay in bottom 23. Float valve 25 provided at bottom part 23 floats to meet hermetically hole 26 made in the bottom surface of middle part 22, thereby stopping inflow to bottom part 23. Next, the sample is collected in middle part 22 as much as required by using the scale. Here, the sample staying in bottom part 23 is removed. In this way, the collection of the sample is easy and a miniature, lightweight and portable collector can be realized.
