Abstract

PURPOSE: To improve working property of heat pipe as well to mitigate load on aluminum pipe by enclosing sulphur into double pipe which is made out by inserting aluminum pipe into steel pipe and forming air chamber between aluminum cap and steel cap, located at both end of the pipe.
CONSTITUTION: After insert aluminum pipe 2 which is provided with straight flute on its side surface, into steel pipe 1 by pipe-expanding method, weld one end of this aluminum pipe with end-cap of same quality, and enclose sulphur in this pipe. Secondary, weld another end of this pipe with aluminum end cap which is provided with absorbing nozzle 7. Connect this nozzle with vacuum system and after such out air till reach to fixed degree of vacuum, seal up nozzle pipe and rivet steel cap 5 at both ends of steel pipe and by this, form air chamber 6 with aluminum pipe end surface. By this, even in case air pressure increased subject to working temperature, this pressure works for to offsetting pressure of enclosed sulphur and will mitigate the load of aluminum pipe.
