Abstract

PURPOSE:To produce a tittle sheet which is light in weight, excellent in weather resistance and detergent resistance, and has wide-angle reflecting action by forming a pattern layer containing a foam inhibitor on the surface of a foamable synthetic resin sheet, adhering transparent microspheres on the layer, and foaming the sheet. CONSTITUTION:A colorless binder or colored ink 2 containing 5-25wt% of a foam inhibitor is printed in a pattern on the surface of a foamable synthetic resin sheet 1a. A synthetic resin paste adhesive 3 is coated on the ink 2 in a thickness of about 40-60% of the average diameter of transparent microspheres 4 dispersed later, and the transparent microspheres 4 are dispersed and adhered onto the adhesive 3. Then, the sheet 1a is foamed by heating, to develop rugged steps and thereby to yield a recurrent reflective sheet having a rugged surface.
