Abstract
PURPOSE: To eliminate necessity of utilization of a transformer equipped with an expensive magnet core, by providing a semiconductor switch in parallel with a base emitter of a transistor.
CONSTITUTION: While a transistor 2 on one side is electrified, if a switch 6 was turned on, base input of the transistor 2 becomes removed, and after elapsing of non-conduction recovery time, current stops flowing into the transistor 2. A voltage of inverse polarity generates in a transformer 3, and the transistor 2 on the other side becomes electrified. If the 2 switches 6 are electrified alternately, as they actuate in accordance with the cycle, it becomes possible to adjust frequency from outside with freedom.
