PURPOSE:To introduce a pressure gas containing a polyamide resin powder having a low melting point into a molten parison to carry out shaping and mold a polyamide resin film thereby to reduce the manufacturing cost. CONSTITUTION:A molten parison of polyolefin extruded from the annular dies of a polyolefin resin extrusion blast molding machine or a molten parison of a polyolefin resin extruded, while cutting and tightly sealing the end of the parison with a parison cutters or the like and carrying out preliminary blasting, is passed through a split metal mold, and clamped. Thereafter, a pressure gas (4-10kg/cm<2>) containing a polyamide resin powder of a melting point lower than the temperature of the resin is introduced into the molten parison to carry out the shaping operation and, at the same time, a polyamide resin powder is caused to adhere and melt to the inner wall of the tank to mold a polyamide resin film unitarily.
