Abstract

PURPOSE:To simultaneously mold meshed gears formed in pairs thereby to improve the meshing precision of two or more gears and also improve the efficiency of the assembling step. CONSTITUTION:A full-tooth gear 2 mounted on a metal base plate 1 and a tooth lacking gear 3 having at a part a tooth-lacking recession 3a are pressed against metal molds 9 and 16 in a state where the tooth-lacking recession 3a of the tooth-lacking gear is faced with the full-tooth gear. Thereafter, a molten synthetic resin is injected simultaneously through runners 14 and 15 into the molds, and molded.
