CONSTITUTION: The necessary number of acceleration pickup 6 are provided on the upper surface of bottom part liner plate 2 with concrete 3 piled on its lower surface. The vibration sensor output terminal of pickup 6 is connected to electromagnetic oscillograph 8 through vibration measuring instrument 7. Then the upper surface of plate 2 near pickup 6 is checked by hitting by a hammer or the like, and thus pickup 6 senses the vibrations of plate 2 in accordance with the filling degrees of concrete 3 on the lower surface of plate 2, and then the output waveform is displayed on oscillograph 8. In this case, the oscillation waveform III can be obtained under the good filling condition of the concrete.
