Abstract
PURPOSE: To secure the measurement and detection for the slope distortion of the textile warp under carriage through the change of the light reception volume of the photoelectric element at the revolution time of the video unit by turning the video unit while the textile being shifted.
CONSTITUTION: Video unit 1 is turned by rocking right and left within the necessary angle range while textile C being transferred, and the light is irradiated to the textile surface from light source 5. Thus the state of arrangement of the textile warp is projectied on light transmitter 2 from unit 1 and then caught at photoelectric element 4 through linear light transmission part 3. The output current of element 4 is supplied to amplifiers ICA and ICB via contact units 11 and 12 and by contact bar 10, and the AC component drawn out via capacity C1 is converted into the minus and plus potentials via rectifiers ICC and ICD. Then the differential output is obtained for the both potential through mixer ICE, and this output indicates the direction of the slope distortion of the warp through a continuous display via meter m.
