Abstract

PURPOSE: To improve installing property and electric insulation of a sheath heater by reforming a mounting structure of the sheath heater to be arranged around a stirring blade with which to stir hot air in a cooking chamber.
CONSTITUTION: A stirring blade 8 and a spiral sheath heater 9 are enclosed in a hollow 7 provided on the back wall of a cooking room 1. With a terminal block fixed thereon, both terminals 9a, 9b of the sheath heater 9 are bent nearly in L- shape on the plane nearly the same as a turning direction of the sheath heater 9. On the other hand, the bottom stepped minor diametral part 27b is fitted in a hole 2a of an inside plate 2, the top is inserted in a hole 13a of a heat shielding box 13, and two stopper pieces 28 on the peripheral edge of the hole 13a are bent to said top to hold a spacer 27 between the inside plate 2 and the heat shielding box 13. Then, above two terminals 9a, 9b are inserted in center holes 27a the bottom is fixed on the inside plate 2 by way of a mount 22, and the sheath heater is mounted.
