CONSTITUTION: The full-wave rectified AC voltage charges capacitor 127 parallel- connected to SCR124 of separately excited oscillator 120 via cut-off circuit 110 of projector 100. At the same time, SCR124 conducts via constant voltage diode 126 and the like to cut off circuit 110. Furthermore, light emitting diode 123 emits the light by the peak current and via the sudden discharge of capacitor 127 and at the specific phase time of the AC power source.
