Abstract
PURPOSE: To realize a compact and light-weight structure as well as a high performance for the photoelectric switch by securing the synchronization between the light projector and the ligh receiver via thr similar-structure cut-off circuit or the like and also driving the luminous element by the peak current caused by the sudden discharge at the specific phase time of the AC power source.
CONSTITUTION: The full-wave rectified AC voltage charges capacitor 127 parallel- connected to SCR124 of separately excited oscillator 120 via cut-off circuit 110 of projector 100. At the same time, SCR124 conducts via constant voltage diode 126 and the like to cut off circuit 110. Furthermore, light emitting diode 123 emits the light by the peak current and via the sudden discharge of capacitor 127 and at the specific phase time of the AC power source. And no high amplification is given to the reception signal of receiver 300, and the synchronization is secured between the light transmitter and receiver via cut-off circuit 330 featuring the similar structure to circuit 110 and separately excited oscillator 340. Thus relay driving circuit 320 is triggered. Owing to the peak emitted light through no use of the transformer, a compact and light-weight structure is realized for the switch. At the same time, a high performance is ensured with no effect of the noise and others owing to the synchronization secured between the projector and the receiver.
