Abstract
PURPOSE: To easily assemble steep mould framework of strong structure which can be applied even on steeply inclined cliff face by connecting two kinds of units which are of parallelepiped pillar form and have mirror relation with respect to each other in such a way that each end part of one unit is fitted to one end of different unit in sequence so as to form step-up frame work step by step and one above another.
CONSTITUTION: A plurality of pairs of step-up type frame units x and y which have mirror relation with respect to each other in shape are prepared. A pair of units x and y are connected at their respective end faces c or c' which are faced and aligned to each other so as to constitute first step unit stage. Second step unit stage is similarly constituted with second pair of unit x and y by fitting rhombic horizontal step cavity formed by two isosceles triangular horizontal step at the connected part between end faces c of the first step unit stage, with rear side of similar horizontal step at the connected end faces c of the second step unit stage. Reinforcing adhesive material is forcedly put into holes formed by four grooves f, f', f, f' which confronts with each other at the connected end faces c of four units x and y. Steep mould frame work can be completed by repeating said procedure as required, and upon completion, suitable amount of gravel is put into spaces between each step unit stage.
