Abstract

CONSTITUTION: Abrasive particles 1 with anchor-shaped blowholes 2 are dispersed on a base 3. While supersonic is radiated on the surface of the base, it is plated to deposite plating metal. The deposited metal 5 fixes abrasive particles 1 on the base 3 and enters anchor-shaped blowhole 2 by the supersonic cavitation effect. The result is tight attachment of the deposited metal 5 and abrasive particles 1 on the base 3.
