Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide the title composition which prevents the discoloration of a molded board containing soluble colorant such as tannin caused by the application of liquid decorative material thereto, by adding an adsorbent particles such as zeolite, diatomaceous earth, etc. to a solution of a vinyl polymer.
CONSTITUTION: The title composition is prepared by mixing (A) a resin solution obtained by dissolving a vinyl resin such as vinyl chrolide resin in a solvent other than water, and optionally adding a filler such as calcium carbonate, titanium oxide, clay, talc, silica powder, etc., to the solution, with (B) powder having adsorbing effect, such as zeolite, diatomaceous earth, etc. The amount of (B) is pref. 2W40 parts by weight per 100 parts of the resin in (A) component.
