Abstract
PURPOSE: To produce a big action of convection in the ambient water area, with a contaminated water in the bottom made going up to expedite a self cleaning action, by means of sucking the atmosphere above the water level to feed the air to within an air storage room by a cavitation generating device installed to the bottom plate of a hollow cylindrical unit.

And with the air-water boundary level coming down below a lower end 12b an inner cylinder tube 12, the air in the air storage room 10, by the action of air reverse siphon, rises up passing through a clearance S between the outer cylinder tube 11 and the inner cylinder tube 12, to be released from the cylindrical unit 3, thus a severe action of convection is given to the surrounding water area together with the pumped up water.
