Abstract

PURPOSE: To protect the coating of lead wires from deformation and damage and prevent the connected parts of the lead wires from being tensioned, by passing the wires through an insulating plate and thrusting the insulating plate between an end bracket and a cover to fix the insulating plate.
CONSTITUTION: Tab terminals 1 and lead wires 3 are connected to each other through receptacles 2. After the lead wires 3 are passed through an insulating plate 4, this plate is thrusted between an end bracket 6 and a cover 5 by clamp screws 7 so that the plate 4 is fixed. When a tensile force acts on the lead wire 3, the force is carried by the wire passing hole of the insulating plate 4. Therefore, the coating of the lead wire is protected from deformation and damage and the tensile force is prevented from affecting the part of the wire between the receptacle 2 and the tab terminal 1.
