Abstract

PURPOSE: To accomplish the penetration treatment efficiently without any spare of a reagent by making a sample movable in reagent bathes which are mutually connected and arranged in parallel in the horizontal direction.
CONSTITUTION: A plurality of reagent bathes 1, which are made of a transparent material such as transparent glass into an identical shape and which are arranged generally in a horizontal direction, are mutually connected through inversely U- shaped connecting tubes 2, which are arranged above the reagent level 1a and which are made of a transparent material such as transparent glass, thus constituting a continuous liquid bath A. This bath has its inlet and output rising from the horizontal portion 1b thereof, and a sample container 3, which is constituted of a cage having meshes, is made movable through a flexible strip 4. Thus, if the strip 4 is turned, the container 3 cuts the liquid at the tubes 2 and moves consecutively in the reagent bathes 1 so that it is dipped into the preset reagent contained. Thus, the penetration is effected without any spare of the reagent.
