CONSTITUTION:In case that PCM signals recorded on recording medium 14 of one PCM sound recorder 1 are transferred to the other PCM sound recorder and are recorded again on recording medium 24 of recorder 2, PCM signals led out from demodulator circuit 15 and digital signals having weight corresponding to the voltage outputted from variable voltage generator 30 are multiplied by multiplier circuit 32 to output PCM signals which are changed according to magnitude of these weight signals, and these multiplied PCM signals are transferred to recording medium 24 through modulator circuit 23 of PCM sound recorder 2, thus recording signals again.
