Abstract

Since both of the original platen 2 and optical mechanism are moved in this way, the entire sufrace of the original is scanned and exposure is done by the upper travelling portion 8A to the photoreceptor 8 which is being moved in synchronization, thus the photoreceptor is evenly charged by a charging electrode 10.
