Abstract

PURPOSE: To eliminate the necessity of mooring cable by arranging in thrown state a transponder which transmits electric wave or sound wave at a fixed position on the sea bottom and controlling the position of a buoy by this transponder.
CONSTITUTION: A control calculating circuit 9 detects the deviation amount of a buoy 2 by the signal from a transponder 16 arranged in thrown state on the sea bottom, and calculates the necessary turning and shift amount of the buoy 2. According to this calculation, a thruster 10 for revolution and a thryster 11 for propulsion are driven, and the buoy 2 is shifted at a standard position. When the buoy generates the deviation above standard, or deviation correcting instruction is not operated, an anchor is drawn out, and a buoyancy tank 1 is cut off, then the ship is pulled by anchor 6, and the buoy 2 sinks in the sea, and anchoring at a proper depth can be obtained.
