CONSTITUTION: A heat transfer pipe 1 having been formed to zigzag form or other is installed, with its end parts being exposed to the outside, in a refractory vessel such as of ion plates or the like. Granular materials 5 which are formed of casting mold materials such as water soluble refractories, plaster slurry or other and have molten layers 6 on the surfaces are filled around the heat transfer pipe and the molten layers are hardened to form casting mold holes 7. The molten layers 6 are formed by coating molten casting material on the surfaces of the granular materials 5 or thinly dissolving the surfaces of the granular materials 5 with a solvent.
