Abstract

CONSTITUTION: There are formed a large frictional coefficient zone 5a on the half of the outer peripheral surface of a flywheel 1 and a low frictional coefficient zone 5b on the other half of the outer peripheral surface thereof and weights 6a, 6b pivotally secured to the boundary thereof. When the flywheel 1 is rotated by a motor 8, a generator 12 is driven via a V-belt wheel 10 and a V-belt 11 to apply its generated electric power to a battery. Since the load of a flywheel driving motor is reduced by the operation of the weights attached to the flywheel 1, it can perform superior efficiency of a generating device with a simple construction.
