CONSTITUTION:Heat energy H is given to tracing paper 1 in the form of a picture. Before the paper is charred, foam 3 is formed in the paper layer and the bonding of fibers 2 is destroyed. The surface of a part in which foam 3 is produced in this way appears as a non-transparent, namely, white picture as a result of the dispersion of light. When the tension of paper is above 0.7, a clear picture is produced. The desirable range of water content in paper is 3-7%.
