Abstract
PURPOSE: To uniform section form and make curve formation of different forms on extruded material simply and securely by rotating a mold in winding direction of the extruded matereial and at the same time by pressing the curved part of the extruded material for evening by an evener.
CONSTITUTION: Different forms material 1 of thermoplastic material and having groove section is heated at a part to be curved evenly to soften. Then, the material is arranged on a plane having a recess 3 disposed on a circumferencial side of a formation mold 2 and fixed to the mold 2 in such a manner that its one end 1a is fitted in a recess 3 for positioning. While the extruded material is softening, the mold 2 is rotated to winding direction of the extruded material 1 by a supporting axis 5 to fit in the recess 3 and curve formation is made along the recess 3 to a desired form. At the same time of curve formation, a part having large elasticity in the curved part of the extruded material 1 is pressed for evenening by an evener 6 arranged on a side of the mold.
