Abstract
PURPOSE: The means which recovers the specific components from eutectic mixtures at a high yield or separates and refines the specific components while taking best possible advantage effective of the merits of a crystallization and separation method using pressure as variable.
CONSTITUTION: The eutectic mixtures coming from a raw material vessel 1 are sent to a solid-liquid separator 3 while being pressed with high pressure above the eutectic pressure by the first pressure device 2 to let the specific component B crystallize while maintaining the eutectic composition in an super saturated state. After the specified amount of the component B has crystallized, it is subjected to solid-liquid separation and the liquid phase is sent via valve 8 to the first pressure reducing device 4, where it is subjected to pressure reduction treatment to completely dissolve the crystal of a slight amount of the component B being mixed. This mixture having undergone pressure treatment is sent to the second pressure device 5, and while it is being pressed therein the similar manner as in the device 2, it is sent to the second pressure device 5, where it is pressed in the similar manner as mentioned before and the specific component A having crystallized in the specified amount is separated in the second solid-liquid separator 6. After the liquid phase is treated in the same manner as before with the second pressure reducing device 7, it is sent to the device 2, where it is retreated together with the raw material mixtures 1.
