Plus and minus DC power sources 9 and 10 are provided at one end of the output, at the same time installing coarse and dense variohms 13 and 14 in parallel to sources 9 and 10. Then variohms 13 and 14 are varied to change the plus and minus scales of sources 9 and 10. As a result, the zero-point is shifted, thus ensuring the adjustment for the zero-point without breaking the balanced state of filament 5.
