CONSTITUTION:The read signal of data written on disc 5 in the partial response- system where the inter-bit correlation is taken and converted in two steps is applied to code detection circuit 16 through zero crossing detection circuit 14 and phase synchronizing circuit PLL 15, and a bit code is detected according to the discrimination window, which is outputted from AND circuit 21 through waveform equalizing filter 8 and slice circuit 11, and is demodulated.
