Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve the reliability of data on the measurement of electric field intensity by providing a calibration oscillator and oscillator control board to a base station, by automatically calibrating the level of an electric-field intensity measurer by controlling the calibration oscillator by a test signal from a mobile station and by recording this level calibration value at the mobile station. CONSTITUTION:A test signal sent out by sending-out unit 1 of a mobile station is demodulated by receiver 10 of a base station to operate test signal unit 20, thereby operating coaxial relays 21 and 22. Through relay 21, testing oscillator 24 and electric-field instensity measurer 15 are connected together and an oscillator start signal is sent to oscillator control board 23 through relay 22 to operate control board 23 so that the output of calibration oscillator 24 will vary at even intervals. The output of measurer 15 varies with the variable input of this oscillator and this output is converted by V/F converter 16 into a frequency, which is sent to the mobile station, where while it is demodulated by receiver 25, F/V conversion is performed, so that th output of the conversion will be recorded by the recorder of measuring board 26 through sending-back unit 1.
