Abstract
PURPOSE: To prevent a paper-covered conductor from damaging and improve the insulating performance of the conductor by alternatively coating uncured thermosetting resin and uncoated insulator on the outer periphery of the conductor to form a coil.
CONSTITUTION: Tape-like cable paper 22 is coated on both sides thereof with uncured thermosetting resin 23, and covered on the outer periphery of a conductor 21. Then, cable paper 24 coated with no resin is wound on the cable paper 22 thus coated with resin 23. Further, cable paper coated with resin are alternatively wound on the cable paper 24 in such a manner that cable paper coated with resin is coated on the outermost periphery thereof. The coil conductor 20 thus constructed is wound on an insulator 13 interposed between wide layers, laminated and thermoset to thereby form a multiplex winding coil. Thus, the coil conductor 20 is unified and fixed between the insulator 13 and the cnductor 21 sufficiently at the coil drying time to endure the mechanical force for short time, to prevent the conductor from displacing during turning of the conductor in a coil and to improve the insulating performance of the coil.
