Abstract

PURPOSE:To ensure the fine adjustment for the position of the picture image by providing the picture processor which designates the picture section reference position on CRT as well as the microshift amount form the reference position, the pattern designation memory, the pattern memory and others. CONSTITUTION:Picture position processor 3 transmits the signals corresponding to the picture section reference position of each picture on CRT and the horizontal microshift amount to address line L1 plus the picture pattern code designation signals to data line L2 respectively, and then supplies these signals to pattern designation memory 4. CRT controller 6 delivers address signal L6 corresponding to the scan lines of CRT, reads out the data of memory 4 in sequence and then supplies data LS showing the pattern code to pattern memory 7. Memory 7 delivers picture dot data L10 in parallel to then supply it to data memory circuit 8, where microshift amount X and the picture dot data are memorized. Amount X is then compared with data x showing the distance from the reference position at the horizontal position of the scan line through comparator 9. And then the microshift amount is delivered through pettern sending register 10 when a coincidence is obtained in the above comparison, thus the fine adjustment being carried out.
