Abstract
PURPOSE: To give alarm to the driver, by operating the indicator through the detection of wear of friction pad and temeprature, by providing the thermister to the probe mounted on the friction pad depressed on the disc rotor.
CONSTITUTION: The probe 2 consisting of the terminals 3 and 4 of a pair mounted on the friction pad depressed on the disc rotor 1 is provided, the terminals 3 and 4 are in contact with the disc rotor at the wear of the friction pad, and the indicator 11 is operated with the grounding or conduction of the both terminals 3 and 4. In this case, the thermister 5 is assembled in the probe 2 and the wear temeprature of the friction pad is detected with the indicator 11.
