Abstract
PURPOSE: Title composition that is made by adding a ketone resin to the photopolymerizing component consisting of methacrylate ester of an epoxide compound having 2 or more epoxy groups in the molecule and other photopolymerizing monomers, thus having high water resistance.
CONSTITUTION: (a) An epoxy compound having 2 or more epoxy groups in the molecule and an epoxy equivalent of 100W1500, preferably 140W1000, which is typified by diglycidyl ether resulting from reaction of a disphenol with epichlorohydrin or polyglycidyl ether resulting from reaction between polyhydric alkanealcohol and epichlorohydrin is adde to (b) acrylic or methacrylic acid at an equivalent ratio of 1/0.5W1/1 a/b to effect the reaction. The product is mixed with 30W 50wt% of a photopolymerizable monomer as methyl acrylate, then a ketone resin is added to the resulting photopolymerizing component so that the content of the ketone resin bacomes 0.5W18wt%.
