Abstract

PURPOSE: To obviate noxious gas constituents contained in an exhaust gas and heavy metal pulverized grains from an internal combustion engine by passing through three stage purification chamber having a filter and the like.
CONSTITUTION: A noxious gas constituent is purified by passing the exhaust gas through the conveying pipe 4, injecting within the purification liquid tank 2 of the first purification chamber 1. Gas is permeating through a filter 3, resulting that mainly the heavy metal pulverized grains are removed, which is conveyed into C shape exhaust gas flow-way 6 of the second purification chamber 5 through the communication tube 9. Gas is passing within the passage 6 together with an atomized purification liquid delivered from the pipe 8, developing the rotational force to cause a vortex, and moving downward along the raking surface of the guide 7.
