Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent the generation of malfunctions dependent upon drift, etc., by providing a frequency divider circuit in the reference time generation circuit and adjusting the pulse interval by this frequency divider circuit and obtaining the critical damping point of the servo system.
CONSTITUTION: When driving source M2 is operated, incremental encoder ENC1 detects the direction and the number of rotations and inputs the output to pulse forming circuit MF1. The pulse forming circuit outputs position pulse P and subtracts contents of counter CNT1 with this signal. Simultaneously, the number of pulses of reference time generator STG is counted by counter TCNT to measure the position pulse interval. Contents of counter TCNT are cleared by position pulse P, and contents of counter TCNT are transferred to calculation circuit ALU. Calculation circuit ALU operates the reciprocal of contents of counter TCNT in real time and outputs a speed signal. The position signal and the speed signal are operated by substractor SUB, and the output signal is analogue-converted by D/A converter DA1 and drives driving source M2 through amplifier AMP.
