Abstract

PURPOSE:To remarkably improve the impulse noise by softening the leading characteristics of the control voltage, through the insertion of a low pass filter between the digital control signal and the gain control circuit. CONSTITUTION:The digital outputs D1 to D16 from the digital control signal generator 13 are converted into analog voltage with the D/A converter and fed to the transistors 6 and 7 via the low pass filter 15 as the control voltage. In this case, the low pass filter 15 softens the stepwise change in the control voltage. Accordingly, the impulse noise can remarkably be improved.
