Abstract
PURPOSE: To achieve the improvement in working efficiency by providing the magnetic field press device to a turntable and having feed, magnetic field lead-in, pressing, de-magnetizing and molding take-out operations accomplished subsequently in the specified rotating positions of the turntable.
CONSTITUTION: Magnetic field coils 2, 2',2" and the mortars 3, 3', 3" positioned in the central part of the magnetic field coils are installed to a turntable 1, fixedly along the circumference of the circle concentrical to the turntable. Upper punches and lower punches are fitted to these mortars. A guide rail 7 for guiding the upper punches along the circumference, feeders 9, 9' which feed raw material molding powder to the mortars and pressing rollers 10, 10' for pushing down the upper punches are fixed to the static body which is independent from the turntable 1. Baffle plates 11, 11', 11" for taking out the pressed moldings from the mortars are provided and the magnetizing current control means for introducing magnetic fields after feeding of the raw material molding powder and demagnetizing after pressure molding are provided to the magnetic field coils.
