Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide an alarm watch of the type, in which a battery can be easily replaced by the single attaching and detaching operation of a battery cover, by attaching a piezoelectric element to an inner cover thereby to provide an oscillator and by equipping an outer cover with the battery cover for the battery replacement. CONSTITUTION:A piezoelectric element 11 having electrodes at its both sides is attached to the inner wall of an inner cover 12, which is made of plastics, thereby to constitute an oscillator 13. The inner wall of the inner cover 12 is coated with a metal-evaporated film for conduction and is shaped to accommodate a battery 14. An outer cover 15 is placed at a preset spacing 16 from the inner cover 12 and is formed with a sound releasing hole 17 for guiding the sounds to the outside. A battery cover 18 mounted on the outer cover 15 is equipped with a water-proof packing 19 and a battery holding plate 20. By attaching and detaching from the outside the battery cover 18 fixed to the inner cover 12 in that way, it is possible to easily replace the battery without any contact with another portion of the watch.
