Abstract

PURPOSE: To facilitate an easy insertion of a secondary conductor into the slot of a rotor for an induction motor and improve the occupying rate of the conductors by disposing the secondary conductor uniformly in a manner that the punched direction of the conductors is directed toward the opening of the slot.
CONSTITUTION: Secondary conductors 5 are so inserted into the slot of a rotor for an induction motor that the punching direction thereof as designated by an arrow A is directed toward the opening of the slot as designated by an arrow B. Thus, when the conductors are inserted into the slot, they can be readily inserted into the slot only by making the rounded portions of the conductors 5 contact with the ends of the rotor iron core. Since the conductors 5 thus inserted into the slot are directed in constant shape, they do not form space thereamong to thereby improve the occupying rate of the conductors in the slot.
