Abstract

PURPOSE: To clean exhaust gas by adsorbing harmful substances present in exhaust gas on a magnetic substance and by making them harmless by means of metallic radium.
CONSTITUTION: The metallic radium 5 and the magnetic substance 6 are housed adjacently in the box 1. The exhaust gas enters from the supply hole 2 into the box 1 and then released through the hole 10 from the exhaust port 3 to the outside, during which harmful substances present in exhaust gas are arrested by the magnetism of the magnetic substance 6 housed in the box 1 and then made harmless by means of the radiation of the metallic radium 5.
