Abstract

PURPOSE: An anilin black pigment is added to an epoxy resin with a specfic epoxy equivalent to form a coloring agent, which is added to a casting resin for magnetic head, thus preventing the adhesion of tape dusts on the head even after tape running for a long time.
CONSTITUTION: An epoxy resin with an epoxy equivalent of 185W195 is mixed with an anilin black pihment at a ratio of about 2/1 to form a coloring agent. The coloring agent is added to a casting resin for magnetic heas at a weight ratio of 2.3W2.4 parts to 100 parts of the resin.
