Abstract
PURPOSE:To mass-produce the magnetic sheets with high precision dimensions at low prices by making high speed cooling and rolling up to some degree not to change the melted magnetic material into amorphous between the rollers which provide the specified thermal conductivity. CONSTITUTION:At first, the vessel of vacuum is exhausted and the degree of vacuum is less than 10<-3>Torr. If necessary, an inert or reduction gas atmosphere is used. Next, the desired magnetic material is inserted in the heating coil 2 and power 3 is supplied to the coil 2 to heat high-frequency or resistance wire. The melted magnetic material is dropped between the rollers 4 and 5, and it is rolled at once from the rollers 4, 5 consist of single or multiple structure materials (Al, Be, C, etc.) having the thermal conductivity of 3.0-0.1J/cm.s.K (J: Joule, s: second, K: Kelvin temperature). The rolled material is molded to the sheet at the same time when it is rapidly cooled.
