Abstract
PURPOSE: To perform terminal pressure constant control and exhaust pressure constant control for normalcy and instantaneous stop respectively by restoring the exhaust pressure to a state before instantaneous stop rapidly after restoration of instantaneous stop to eliminate disturbance of the terminal pressure.
CONSTITUTION: At a normal time, the newest exhaust pressur detected by exhaust pressure detector 23 is stored in exhaust pressure storage unit 19. Next, at instantaneous stop, when instantaneous stop is detected by instantaneous stop detector 24, the exhaust pressure at the instantaneous stop detection time is stored and held in storage unit 19. Under this state, speed arranging control unit 17 compares the exhaust pressure at the instantaneous stop occurrence time with the exhaust pressure after the instantaneous stop occurrence time and controls a pump according to this comparison result. This control switches the exhaust pressure before instantaneous stop to the set value of the terminal pressure which is the set value of control before instantaneous stop, and similarly, this control switches controlling feedback signal to the output of detector 23 from the output of terminal pressure detector 15. Thus, exhaust pressure is controlled to obtain the exhaust pressure before instantaneous pressure after instantaneous stop occurs.
