Abstract
PURPOSE:To perfectly dissolve and remove the oil film, by immersing the iron and steel made parts coated with the rust-preventive oil film in the aqueous solution of the weak alkaline alkali metal salt, and mixture of isopropanol- or ethanolamines and alkoxy alkanols. CONSTITUTION:The isopropanol- or ethanolamines (substance of group B) like as monoethanolamine, etc., and the alkoxy alkanols (substance of group C) being expressed by the formula I, are added and dissolved into the aqueous solution of the weak alkaline alkali metal salt(substance of group A) like as potassium pyrophosphate, potassium hexametaphosphate, etc. Hereupon, the ratio of amount of substances of groups B, C, to the amount of substance of group A is to be changed with the amount of substance of group A; and the ratio of substances of group C to substances of group B is specified to 1:1-30. The iron and steel made parts coated with the rust-preventive oil film is immersed in above stated aqueous solution in order to swell out and peel off the oil film. The aqueous solution being mingled by the oil film components is added with the fluorine base solvent like as the trichloromonofluoromethane, etc., in order to separate the suspended oil film, and regenerate the aqueous solution to the initial composition.
