Abstract

PURPOSE: To make judgement of welding speed quick and improve working efficiency by reading welding voltage and current by the use of a computer and a digital synchroscope and comparing these with the rupper and lower limit set values of voltage and current obtained beforehand.
CONSTITUTION: The charging voltage of the condenser 17 of a welding device 21 is changed to upper limit voltage and lower limit voltage by operating the voltage setter 13 of a constant voltage measuring device 12 and the current and voltage flowing through a welding point 5 are read with a digital synchroscope 22, are operated in the arithmetic circuit of a computer 22 and are stored as the upper limit and lower limit voltage, current set values. Next, the welding current and voltage at the welding are read with the digital synchroscope 22 and are inputted to a computer 23, thence they are compared with the set values in a comparator 233. When they exceed the upper or lower limit value, it is judged to be no. As a result, correction may be made rapidly and surely, resetting becomes easy and working efficiency may be improved.
