Abstract
PURPOSE: To provide a clutch with a reasonable price by using one way clutch permitting the material which is conveyed to prevent from pushing back by the dead weight or the external force and the like in case of attempting to convey the material which is conveyed such as bars and the like to one way direction.
CONSTITUTION: In case of attempting to convey the material 1 which is conveyed to arrow mark b direction, since a rolling body 6 moves against the elastic force of spring 7 to c direction attempting to release from a wedge A by friction force with the material 1 which is conveyed as rotating shown by arrow mark, the outer ring 5 and the material 1 which is conveyed develop a slipping condition by means of rolling body 6, causing to convey the material 1 which is conveyed. On the contrary, in case of attempting to move the material 1 which is conveyed to arrow mark b direction by the dead weight of the material 1 which is conveyed or the external force and the like, the rolling body 6 moves slightly to the reverse c direction as rolling to the reverse arrow direction by friction force with the material 1 which is conveyed and inertia force of spring 7, causing to cut into and develop the lock condition. Thus, in case of necessary to move the material 1 which is conveyed to the reverse b direction, the clutch release bar 12 should be pushed in.
