Abstract

CONSTITUTION: Conductors 2 are fitted to pipe 1 for passage of the mixed fluid of water and oil oppositely, and capacitor 31 is formed by opposite conductors 2 and the mixed fluid between them, and insulator 4 is interposed between the inside wall of conductors 2 and pipe 1 and the mixed fluid. Then, capacitors 31, 32, 33, and 34 are incorporated in arms respectively to form bridge circuit 5, and power source 6 is connected between opposite connection points of bridge circuit 5, and indicator 7 which indicates the change capacity of capacitor 31 is connected between other opposite connection points. The capacity as capacitor 31 is changed according to the content rate of water in the mixed fluid in pipe 1, and this change capacity is indicated as a change voltage on indicator 7.
