Abstract
PURPOSE: To supply high purified air and enhance the precision of measurement or experiment, by providing adsorbents of nitrogen dioxide and sulfurous acid gas before and after across the oxidizer of nitrogen monoxide on the upstream side of purification duct.
CONSTITUTION: A blower 1 is provided on the upstream side of purification duct from an air intake port 2 to a supply port 3, and NOx removing unit 4 is disposed on the downstream side of the blower 1. This unit 4 is constituted by disposing nitrogen dioxide adsorbents 6, 7 before and after across a nitrogen monoxide oxidizer 5. In purification ducts 8 and 9 on the downstream side of the unit are sequentially disposed moisture absorbers 11, 12 to adsorb moisture in the air, molecular sieve 15 to remove CO2 and HC in the air, and CO oxidizer 16 made from special noble metal catalyzer to oxidize CO and CO2 in the air. Thus, highly purified air is supplied to enhance the precision of the measurement and experiment.
