Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain a sharp image excelling in resolution, by viewing the television image from small holes provided in close distance of the pupils of spectacle frame through cylindrical lens glasses.
CONSTITUTION: Light shielding plates 7, 8 are provided in the frame of stereoscopic spectacles in a close distance spaced from the eye brows, and opening parts 13, 14 are provided in the center thereof. Light shielding slide doors 15, 16 provided with rectangular viewing holes 5, 6 are disposed in the light shielding plates 7, 8 in a laterally movable manner. On the opposite side of the light shielding plates 7, 8, cylindrical lens glasses 21, 22 are provided through protruding tubes 19, 20. When viewing the television image by using such spectacles, the picture strained by cylindrical lens glasses 21, 22 enters in off-focus state. However, when viewing through the viewing holes 5, 6, the imagw becomes sharp and excels in resolution by the aperture effect, and off-focus is corrected by matching with the size of the focal depth of human pupils, so that a sharp image may be obtained.
