Abstract

PURPOSE:To make it possible to obtain band-pass characteristics accompanied with few Fresnel ripples in a passing band by providing matching circuits to an input side and output side. CONSTITUTION:For example, an elastic surface wave filter is provided with matching circuits M1 and M2 at the input and output sides of elastic surface wave circuit U; from the input side of circuit M1, input terminals K1 and K2 are led out and from the input side of circuit M2, output terminals H1 and H2 are also led out. As a result, impedance values from input terminals K1 and K2, and output terminals H1 and H2 to circuit U are well matched in a passing band and band-pass characteristics are not accompanied substantially with Fresnel ripples in the passing band (fL-fH).
