CONSTITUTION:Linear polyester A, multifunctional isocyanate B and the copolymer C composed of conjugate di-olefinic hydrocarbon and alpha, beta-ethylenic unsaturated carboxylic acid or these and mono-olefinic unsaturated compound are dissolved in a suitable solvent. At this time, further a curable monomer D, sensitizing agent E and tackfier F are preferably added. This solution is coated on a substrate followed by drying and hardening, whereby the substrate for photosensitive resin plate having adhesive layer is obtained.
